摘　　要：目的:总结骨骼化游离乳内动脉(IMA)在冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)的近中期结果及经验。方法:选取2016年4月—2020年3月在我院心脏外科行单纯性CABG的132例患者,采用骨骼化游离技术获取IMA。结果:132例患者共获取IMA 146支,左侧乳内动脉(LIMA)132支,右侧乳内动脉(RIMA)14支。其中LIMA全部与左前降支吻合;RIMA与右冠状动脉、对角支、回旋支吻合。全组无院内死亡。并发症6例(4.5%),其中轻度脑卒中2例,肺部感染3例,胸骨骨蜡排异反应1例,全组无胸骨感染、哆开。术后30d及1年随访,IMA通畅率分别为100.0%和98.3%。结论:骨骼化游离IMA应用于CABG安全有效,近中期临床效果满意。Objective:To summarize the results and experience of skeletonized internal mammary artery(IMA)in coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods:A total of 132 patients who underwent simple CABG and received skeletonized arteries from April 2016 to March 2020 were selected.Obtain IMA using skeletonized technology.Results:A total of 146 IMA were obtained(132 LIMA and 14 RIMA).The LIMA was anastomosed to the left anterior descending.RIMA was anastomosed with the right coronary artery,diagonal or circumflex.There was no peri-operative mortality.There were 6 complications(4.5%),including 2 cases of mild stroke,3 cases of pulmonary infection,and 1 case of sternal wax rejection.After 30 days and 1 year follow-up,IMA patency rates were 100.0%and 98.3%.Conclusion:Skeletonized IMA is safe and effective applied to CABG with excellent early and mid-term results.
