摘 要:通过不同的发泡工艺和成型工艺制备了密度相近的热塑性聚氨酯发泡片材(TPU-FS)和发泡珠粒成形体(ETPU)材料,研究了2种泡沫材料的形貌与力学性能的关系。通过扫描电镜表征了2种聚氨酯泡沫的结构;利用万能试验机研究了二者的单向压缩性能和循环压缩性能;用旋转流变仪表征了材料在不同压力下的流变性能。研究发现,相近密度下,TPU-FS和ETPU泡沫具有相近的泡孔面积占有率,但是ETPU发泡区域泡孔的平均孔径远大于TPU-FS泡沫;在循环压缩试验中,TPU-FS泡沫具有较高的损耗能和损耗百分比;流变实验中,在不同压力时,ETPU泡沫的储能模量和损耗模量均低于TPU-FS泡沫,且阻尼因子(tanδ)较小,TPU-FS泡沫的tanδ有一定的频率依赖性,而ETPU泡沫的tanδ随频率的变化不明显。同时,对密度相近的TPU-FS泡沫和ETPU泡沫的形貌与损耗百分比的关系进行了初步探讨。Thermoplastic polyurethane foam sheet(TPU-FS)and bead foam molding material(ETPU)with similar density were prepared by different high-pressure CO2 fluid foaming and processing method,and the relationship between the morphology of the two foamed materials and their mechanical properties was explored.The structure of two kinds of polyurethane foams was characterized by SEM,the compressive property was studied by universal testing machine,and the rheological property was characterized by rheometer under different pressures.The average pore size of the bead ETPU foam is much larger than that of the TPU-FS foam while they have similar cell area occupancy;in the cyclic compression test,the TPU-FS foam has the higher hysteresis energy and hysteresis;under different pressures,the storage modulus and loss modulus of the ETPU foam are lower than those of the TPU-FS foam,as well as the damping factor tanδ.The damping property of the TPU-FS foam depends on frequency partly,while the ETPU foam does not change significantly with frequency.At the same time,the dependence of the morphology and hysteresis for TPU-FS and ETPU thermoplastic polyurethane foams with similar density was discussed.
