摘　　要：在后疫情时代,面临全球经济下行和就业形势严峻的现实,新生代大学生需要具备较高的职业规划能力,以应对未来的职业挑战。新生代大学生的职业生涯规划能力目前存在自我认知、职业环境认知、职业分析和选择以及自我调整等能力不足的问题。该研究认为大学生应积极提高自身的职业分析能力,学校则应该从课程体系创新、职业生涯规划师资队伍创建等方面入手以培养学生的职业生涯规划能力。In the post-epidemic era, facing the global economic downturn and severe employment situations, the new generation of college students need to have higher career planning ability to meet future career challenges. At present, the ability of career planning of the new generation of college students is insufficient in self-awareness, career environment awareness, career analysis and choice, and self-adjustment. This study suggests that college students should improve their ability of career analysis,while schools can cultivate students’ ability of career planning by innovating the curriculum system and establishing the teaching staff of career planning.
