高校开展大学生士兵入伍前教育的路径和方法探索

摘　　要：随着国防和军队改革的深入以及大学生征兵优惠政策的出台,大学生士兵数量逐年增多,但在校大学生仍然存在入伍前教育不充分和入伍后适应性不强的问题。依托高校教育资源优势,遵循政治建军、改革强军、科技兴军、依法治军的总目标,针对大学生入伍前在校开展爱国主义教育、国防教育、主题教育、素质教育,筑牢入伍大学生的思想根基,开展新领域、新形势的军民人才深度融合,对实现中华民族"强国梦"和"强军梦"很有必要。With the deepening of national defense and military reform and the introduction of preferential policies for college students’ conscription, the number of college students is increasing year by year. However, college students still have the problems of inadequate education before and after enlisting in the army. Relying on the advantages of higher education, the military should be built politically, strengthened through reform,strengthened through science and technology, and governed by law. It is necessary to carry out patriotic education, national defense education, thematic education, and quality-oriented education, so as to lay a solid ideological foundation for college students before been enrolled in the army. It is quite necessary to integrate military and civilian"talents"in new fields and situations to realize the Chinese nation’s"dream of a strong country"and"dream of a strong army".
