柴麻愈咳颗粒治疗邪犯少阳型感冒后咳嗽临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟柴麻愈咳颗粒联合西药治疗邪犯少阳型感冒后咳嗽的临床治疗效果。方法选取2019年3月—2019年12月吉林省中医药科学院第一临床医院收治的60例邪犯少阳型感冒后咳嗽患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予西药复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,治疗组给予自拟柴麻愈咳颗粒治疗,每日1剂,给予1个疗程(7 d)。比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、中医症状积分及不良反应总发生率。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为93.3%(28/30),高于对照组的66.7%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的中医症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟柴麻愈咳颗粒治疗邪犯少阳型感冒后咳嗽,能提高治疗效果,缓解症状,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaima Yuke granules in treating cough after cold of pathogens invading shaoyang type.Methods From March 2019 to December 2019,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine Sciences were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chaima Yuke granules,1 dose per day,and given 1 course of treatment(7 days).The control group was given western medicine compound methoxamine treatment.The clinical treatment effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group(66.7%,20/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Chaima Yuke granules can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,so it is worthy of clinical application.
