调神针刺疗法联合舒肝理气方治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察调神针刺疗法联合自拟舒肝理气方治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月沈阳市第四人民医院中医科收治的100例慢性浅表性胃炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组进行常规治疗,试验组采用调神针刺疗法联合舒肝理气方治疗。比较2组患者治疗后不同时间镜下黏膜评分、焦虑自评量表(Self rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(Self rating depression scale,SDS)评分。结果试验组治疗后3、5周的镜下黏膜评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后1、3周的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性浅表性胃炎患者采取调神针刺疗法联合自拟舒肝理气方,能改善患者的胃黏膜修复情况,缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁状态,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of regulating spirit acupuncture combined with dispersing stagnated liver qi for regulating qi-flowing prescription in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic superficial gastritis admitted to The Fourth People’s Hospital of Shenyang from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with regulating spirit acupuncture combined with dispersing stagnated liver qi for regulating qi-flowing prescription.Mucosal score,Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and Self rating Depression Scale(SDS)score were compared between the two groups at different time after treatment.Results The microscopic mucosal score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 3 and 5 weeks after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of experimental group were lower than those of control group 1 and 3 weeks after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic superficial gastritis,the combination of regulating spirit acupuncture combined with dispersing stagnated liver qi for regulating qi-flowing prescription can improve the gastric mucosa repair of patients and relieve the anxiety and depression of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
