定志小丸传统水煎提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优化定志小丸提取纯化工艺,为定志小丸方剂开发利用提供支持。方法以总黄酮、总皂苷、总生物碱等组分含量为考察指标,单因素试验筛选溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数3个主要因素的最佳水平。结果定志小丸最佳提取工艺为10倍量水加热回流3次,每次3h。结论建立的定志小丸提取纯化工艺简单可靠。Objective To optimize the extraction process of multipule components from Dingzhi Xiaowan(DZX),and lay a foundation for the development and utilization of DZX.Methods The total of flavonoids,alkaloids and saponins were used as the index to evaluate the extraction parameters.The extraction material liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times were selected by single factor design experiments.Results The best extraction conditions were the ratio of material to liquid 1:10,extracting three times and the extraction time 3h.Conclusion The extrcton process is feasible and stable.
