“解严”后台湾纪录片的实用性倾向及其表现

摘　　要：“解严”后的台湾,因为长期以来受到政治高压和威权统治影响而留下的错综复杂的社会问题开始逐步暴露和凸显,这些问题既影响了台湾社会的发展,也阻碍着台湾民众的生存境遇的良性改善。基于此,一些纪录片创作者开始通过纪录片来反映、传播和干预这些问题,这些促成了台湾纪录片的实用性倾向。“解严”后台湾纪录片的创作主要从四个方面表现出纪录片对社会问题的干预:以意识形态调整为题材的纪录片推动对台湾历史的再认识,以社会运动为题材的纪录片推动台湾民主法制规范化建设,以基本民生与保障为题材的纪录片推动台湾底层问题浮现与关注,以环保为题材的纪录片推动台湾生态环境及可持续发展的思考。After the"lifting of the law",Taiwan has gradually exposed and highlighted the complicated social problems left by political oppression and authoritarian rule for a long time.These problems have affected the development of Taiwan society and hindered the positive improvement of the living conditions of pepole in Taiwan.Based on this,some documentary creators began to reflect,disseminate and intervene these issues through documentaries,which contributed to the practical tendency of Taiwan documentaries.Documentary creation in Taiwan after the"lifting of the law"mainly reflects the intervention of documentaries on social issues from four aspects,including:Depicting the ideological adjust documentary re-recognition on Taiwan's history,social sports theme documentary film to promote Taiwan standardization construction of democracy and legality,depicting the basic livelihood of the people and safeguard documentaries to promote Taiwan's underlying problems emerge and attention,with environmental protection theme documentary film to promote Taiwan's ecological environment and sustainable development thinking.
