摘  要:将5.5 mm72A盘条拉拔至0.90 mm,进行水浴淬火+热镀锌处理后,再经过水箱拉拔Ф0.14 mm的制绳钢丝。Ф0.90 mm水浴淬火钢丝具有良好的拉拔性能,内部组织在小应变量情况下,变化不明显;当应变量累计达到0.713时,组织发生了明显变化,索氏体团由不规则形状开始沿着拉拔方向变成细长状;当应变量达到2.562时,索氏体组织沿着拉拔方向呈纤维状。Ф0.14 mm制绳钢丝宏观力学性能达到了铅浴淬火钢丝的水平,疲劳断口呈正常的韧窝断口,疲劳裂纹扩展区约占断口面积的50%。水浴淬火小规格钢丝拉拔高疲劳钢丝绳所需的制绳钢丝符合要求,可以推广应用。Diameter 5.5 mm 72A wire rod was drawn to 0.90 mm,after water bath quenching and hot galvanizing,diameter 0.14 mm steel wire for rope was drawn by water tank wire drawing machine.Diameter 0.90 mm water bath quenching steel wire has good drawing property,change of its internal structure is not obvious under condition of small strain.When cumulative strain reaches 0.713,the structure changes obviously,sorbite cluster starts from irregular shape and becomes elongated along drawing direction,when strain reaches 2.562,the microstructure of sorbite became fiber shape along drawing direction.The macro mechanical properties of diameter 0.14 mm steel wire for rope reaches level of lead bath quenching steel wire.The fatigue fracture is normal dimple fracture,fatigue crack propagation area accounts for about 50%of fracture area.The steel wire for rope needed for drawing high fatigue wire rope with water bath quenching small diameter steel wire can meet requirements and be popularized.
