摘  要:为了开发抗拉强度≥2750 MPa Ф1.00 mm超大规格胶管钢丝,原料采用Ф5.50 mm C92D2盘条,共设计了4条工艺路线。试验发现:方案1生产的钢丝抗拉强度明显偏低,扭转断口出现分层现象;方案2生产的钢丝抗拉强度达到目标强度,但扭转断口出现分层现象;方案3和方案4生产的Ф1.00 mm胶管钢丝抗拉强度均达到目标强度,弯曲值达15次,扭转均值达30次,且钢丝扭转断口均不分层,满足性能要求。In order to develop diameter 1.00 mm super-large hose wire with tensile strength no less than 2750 MPa,four process routes were designed with diameter 5.50 mm C92D2 wire rod as raw material.It is found that tensile strength of steel wire produced in the first scheme is obviously low,and torsion fracture appears delamination.The tensile strength of steel wire produced in the second scheme reaches target strength,but torsion fracture appears delamination.The tensile strength of diameter 1.00 mm hose wires produced in scheme 3 and scheme 4 both reaches target strength,bending value reaches 15,torsion average value reaches 30,and torsional fracture of steel wires appears delamination,which meets requirement of properties.
