摘 要:水轮机转轮的制造技术是生产高质量水轮机的关键,转轮中的叶片因具有形状结构复杂、空间扭曲严重等特点,明显增加水轮机制造难度,因此制造满足要求的高质量叶片成为水轮机转轮的关键和核心。介绍水轮机的发展,并对大型水轮机叶片的铸造工艺进行研究,通过MAGMASOFT软件对建立的铸造工艺三维模型进行铸造过程温度场、缩孔产生趋势以及叶片叶型变形趋势模拟,根据模拟结果对铸造工艺进行优化,并应用于生产,最终获得符合用户要求的水轮机叶片。The manufacturing technology of turbine runner is key to produce high quality hydraulic turbines.The blades in runner have characteristics of complex shape and structure,serious spatial distortion,and extremely easy to deform,which increase difficulty of manufacturing the turbine.Therefore,manufacturing high quality blades that meet requirements have become key and core of the turbine runner manufacturing technology.Development of hydraulic turbine is introduced briefly,and casting process of large-scale hydraulic turbine blades is studied.The three-dimensional model of casting process established by MAGMASOFT software is used to simulate temperature field of casting process,trend of shrinkage and blade deformation.Casting process is optimized according to simulation result,and is applied to production,the turbine blade that meet requirements of user is obtained finally.
