摘　　要：中国的城镇化进程离不开都市圈建设,都市圈建设在构建新发展格局中发挥着非常重要的战略作用,是城市群高质量发展的战略支撑,都市圈建设是通过对人才、资源的聚集和城市之间的合作,达到城市群的整体实力提升和高质量发展,调整我国经济结构,有效激发投资活动和刺激消费需求,提升我国内生发展动力。在分析我国都市圈建设和发展中存在问题的基础上,依据国家对都市圈建设的宏观战略指导,充分分析和借鉴世界主要都市圈建设的成功经验,给出对应的解决方案,以尝试提供我国都市圈建设发展的路径选择。China’s urbanization process is dependent on the city circle construction,city circle construction in building a new pattern of development plays a very important strategic role.The city circle as a development strategy for the urban agglomeration in high quality support status also further clear.Through the accumulation of talents and resources and the cooperation between cities,the metropolitan area can achieve the overall strength improvement and high-quality development of the urban agglomeration,adjust the economic structure of our country,effectively stimulate investment activities and stimulate consumer demand,and enhance our domestic development momentum.The paper finds and analysis the problems existing in the construction and development of our cuntry city circle.According to the national macro strategy and the guidance,the paper analysis and drew on the successful experience of the world’s leading city circle construction development.This paper also gives the corresponding solution countermeasure and tries to put forward our country city circle construction and the development path selection.
