摘  要:糖耐量减低是2型糖尿病的后备军,糖耐量减低阶段就已出现胰岛β细胞功能异常,改善胰岛β细胞功能,阻止糖耐量减低进展为糖尿病,具有积极意义。TXNIP/miR-204/MAFA信号通路在调节胰岛β细胞功能方面发挥重要作用。糖耐量减低属于中医“消渴”范畴,糖异平治疗糖耐量减低优势显著,疗效明显。从TXNIP/miR-204/MAFA信号通路角度探讨胰岛β细胞功能障碍,有助于从分子水平探讨糖异平治疗糖耐量减低的作用机理,为中医药治疗糖耐量减低提供科学依据。Impaired glucose tolerance is a reserve force for type 2 diabetes mellitus.Abnormal isletβ-cell function has already occurred at the stage of impaired glucose tolerance.Improving isletβ-cell function and preventing the progression of impaired glucose tolerance to diabetes mellitus have positive significance.The TXNIP/miR-204/MAFA signaling pathway plays a vital role in regulating isletβ-cell function.The treatment of impaired glucose tolerance by TangYiPing Decoction has obvious advantages and its curative effect is significant.From the perspective of TXNIP/miR-204/MAFA signaling pathway,exploring the isletβ-cell dysfunction is helpful to explore the mechanism of TangYiPing Decoction in the treatment of impaired glucose tolerance at the molecular level,and provide science basis for the treatment of impaired glucose tolerance by traditional Chinese medicine.
