摘　　要：患者男,14岁,鼻背长毛伴反复溢脓5年。皮肤科情况:鼻背可见一脐凹状开口,开口处有簇集毛发,挤压出少许脓性分泌物。皮肤镜检查:可见表皮下束状毛发影,一端开口处见多根毛发从不同位置穿出皮肤。皮损组织病理示:窦道内聚集大量毛干,窦道周围纤维组织及毛囊周围局灶淋巴细胞和浆细胞浸润,可见多核巨细胞。诊断:藏毛窦。A 14-year-old male presented with abnormal hairs on nasal dorsum,with intermittent discharge for five years.Skin examination showed a sinus opening on nasal dorsum,with cluster of hairs.On palpation,the sinus was visible with purulent discharge expelled out from it.Dermoscopy showed a fascicle of hairy shaft under the epidermis,and multiple hairs penetrated the skin of sinus from different openings.Histopathology showed a plenty of hair shafts,focal infiltrates of lymphocytes and plasma cells in the sinus tissues.Furthermore,multinucleated giant cells could be observed.A diagnosis of pilonidal sinus was made.
