摘 要:40Cr钢在900℃进行了4道次热轧,然后进行了空冷和水淬处理。利用OM、SEM、显微硬度计和拉伸试验研究了不同处理方式对40Cr钢热轧组织及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,水淬后得到的试样铁素体晶粒更加细小,具有更高的硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度。通过拉伸后断口形貌分析,证实其断口形貌分析结果与其力学性能相吻合。40Cr steel was hot-rolled at 900℃ for 4 passes, and then air cooling and water quenching were carried out.The effect of different treatment methods on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 40Cr steel after hot rolling was studied. The results show that the ferrite grains obtained by water quenching are finer and have higher hardness, tensile strength and yield strength. Through the analysis of fracture morphology after tension, it is confirmed that the results of fracture morphology analysis are in good agreement with its mechanical properties.
