摘  要:采用多向锻造工艺加工了QAl9-4铝青铜,研究了多向强应变对铝青铜的力学性能及显微组织的影响。发现多向锻造加时效处理使铝青铜的强度、硬度提高,获得塑性良好的优良综合力学性能。多向锻造加时效处理使铝青铜组织显著细化且呈双峰晶粒尺度分布,较细的晶粒使材料具有高的硬度而稍粗的晶粒使材料具有良好的塑性。QAl9-4 aluminum bronze was processed by multi-directional forging. The effects of multi-directional strong strain on the mechanical properties and microstructure of aluminum bronze were investigated. It is found that the strength and hardness of aluminum bronze are improved by multi-direction forging and aging treatment, and the excellent comprehensive mechanical properties with good plasticity are obtained. The microstructure of the Al-bronze is obviously refined and distributed in bimodal grain size by multi-direction forging and aging treatment, and the fine grain makes the material have high hardness, and slightly thicker grain makes the material have good plasticity.
