摘 要:通过化学成分分析、硬度试验、力学性能试验、金相显微镜及透射电镜(TEM)组织观察等手段,对两种不同品牌T/P92钢焊条熔敷金属的组织性能进行了对比。结果表明:A(常用品牌)和B(新开发品牌)两种焊条熔敷金属热处理后的室温组织均为回火马氏体,B熔敷金属在金相显微镜下极少数视场内存在"夹钨"缺陷,TEM下观察存在圆形超显微氧化夹杂物。A和B两种熔敷金属室温力学性能相当,随着试验温度升高,B熔敷金属的强度降低,塑性急剧升高,这主要与析出相的数量与分布有关。The microstructure and properties of two different brands of T/P92 steel electrode deposited metal were compared by means of chemical composition analysis, hardness test, mechanical property test, metallographic microscope and transmission electron microscope(TEM) microstructure observation. The results show that the room-temperature microstructures of the deposited metals of both A(common brand) and B(new developed brand) electrodes after heat treatment are tempered martensite and the tungsten inclusion defects are observed in a very small field of view under the metallographic microscope of the B deposited metal, and spot ultramicroscopy oxidation inclusions are observed by TEM. The mechanical properties of A and B deposited metals are equivalent at room temperature. With the test temperature increases,the strength of B deposited metal decreases and the plasticity increases sharply, which is mainly related to the number and distribution of precipitated phases.
