摘  要:近年来关于玻璃化技术的介绍局限于辅助生殖领域,其在多门学科中的发展及应用未有阐述,文章将结合有关玻璃化技术的研究性论文等成果,讲述此技术的特点与应用,并为相关制品能够用于低成本的室温储存提供思路。玻璃化技术是将物质转变为玻璃样无定形体的过程,玻璃化制品的分子几乎无运动与扩散,这避免了受扩散控制的不良反应的发生,提高了生物制品的储存稳定性。文章对应用于各领域的玻璃化技术研究成果进行介绍。对于玻璃化制品,储存温度的要求低于或等于玻璃化转变温度,若将制品的玻璃化转变温度提高至室温以上时,则有望将制品于室温下稳定储存,这对于依靠冷链、储存期短、易失活的产品来说极大地改善了它们的存放条件,对降低生物制品到资源有限地区的运输条件方面也提供了新思路。文章对玻璃化技术及其特点进行了介绍,探讨了影响玻璃化技术的因素主要有冷冻保护剂的种类,玻璃化过程中降温速率、复温时升温速率,玻璃化载体等方面,并且在生物药物、辅助生殖、食品领域的应用进行了阐述和展望。玻璃化技术长时间以来应用广泛,对影响玻璃化过程的因素进行优化,可获得多种便于运输的玻璃态生物制品,且玻璃化技术有望用于生物制品的室温储存,有着十分良好的应用前景。In recent years,the introduction of vitrification technology has limited to the field of assisted reproduction,and its development and application in multiple disciplines have not been explained. This paper combined the research papers on vitrification technology to describe the characteristics and applications of this technology. Also,it will provide ideas for related products can be used for low-cost storage at room temperature. Vitrification is a process of transforming substances into glass-like amorphous bodies,there is neither movement nor diffusion of molecules in glass products,which avoids adverse reactions controlled by diffusion and improves the storage stability of biological products. This paper has introduced the research results of vitrification technology used in various fields. For vitrified products,the requirement of storage temperature is lower or equal to the glass transition temperature. If the glass transition temperature of products is higher than room temperature,it is expected that the products will be stored stably at room temperature. This greatly improves their storage conditions for products relying on cold chain,or products with short storage period and easy to be deactivation and provide a new way of improving the transportation conditions for biological products to resource limited settings. In this paper,the authors introduced the vitrification and its characteristics. The main factors affecting the vitrification technology include the types of cryoprotective agents,the cooling rate during the vitrification process,the heating rate during reheating,the vitrification carrier and so on. The applications of vitrification technology in the fields of biomedicine,assisted reproduction and food are described and prospected. Vitrification technology has been widely used for a long time. By optimizing the factors affecting the vitrification process,a variety of easily transportable vitrified biological products can be obtained.
