摘 要:浆膜腔巨噬细胞是存在于人体腹腔、胸腔和心包腔中的巨噬细胞,对维持组织稳态、抵抗微生物感染、平衡炎症、以及修复组织损伤等至关重要,与腹膜炎、结肠炎、胰腺炎、急性肝损伤等疾病的发生发展密切相关。早期,巨噬细胞被看作一个功能性整体,对浆膜腔巨噬细胞的认识存在一定局限性,但事实上其与各组织驻留巨噬细胞在表型、来源及功能等方面均存在异同。因此,系统了解浆膜腔巨噬细胞的生物学特性对于理解其与疾病之间的关系以及对巨噬细胞的功能机制研究具有重要意义。近年来,随着单细胞测序技术、流式细胞术等生物学技术的发展,对浆膜腔巨噬细胞的表型特征、发育起源以及转录调控的研究越发深入。文章对浆膜腔巨噬细胞亚群、来源、功能及相关调控机制进行综述,以期增进对浆膜腔巨噬细胞生物学特性和其与疾病的关系进展的了解。Serous cavity macrophages were macrophages that existed in the peritoneal,pleural and pericardial cavities of body. Serous cavity macrophages were crucial for maintaining tissue homeostasis,resisting microbial infection,balancing inflammation,and repairing tissue damage,and closely related to the occurrence and development of peritonitis,colitis,pancreatitis,acute liver injury and other diseases. In the early stage,macrophages were regarded as a functional entity,which was a limited understanding of serous cavity macrophages. In fact,there were similarities and differences between serous cavity macrophages and other tissue-resident macrophages in terms of phenotype,source and function. Therefore,systematic understanding of the biological characteristics of serous cavity macrophages was of great significance for understanding the relationship between serous cavity macrophages and diseases,as well as functional and mechanism research of macrophages. In recent years,with the development of single-cell sequencing technology,flow cytometry and other biological technologies,serous cavity macrophages have been studied more and more deeply on aspect of phenotypic characteristics,developmental origin and transcriptional regulation. In this paper,the subsets,sources,functions and related regulatory mechanisms of serous cavity macrophages have been reviewed in order to improve the understanding of the biological characteristics of serous cavity macrophages and progression in relation to disease.
