摘  要:油田开发进入中后期,随着开发调整对象的变差,单井初期产量越来越低,人工举升方式的选择及设计应以满足产能需要为前提,以减少管理维护工作量、降低操作成本及节能降耗为目标进行合理优化,在考虑技术的同时兼顾经济效益,从而满足低产井经济有效开发的需求。扶余油层属低孔特低渗储层,平均油层中部深度为1620m,单井产量低,原油黏度大、含蜡量高,区块油层特性决定了举升方式的特殊性。本文以扶余油层区块为例,从液量适应范围、设备管理、清防蜡管理、日常维护保养、节能耗电等方面,对游梁式抽油机、塔架式抽油机和超长冲程抽油机三种抽油机举升方式的适应性进行综合评价。通过分析得出,超长冲程抽油机适应性较强,泵效提高40%,节电率提高50%,节能效果显著,能够满足低产井的高效举升需求,可广泛用于大庆油田此类低产井中,具有较好的推广前景。The development of Daqing Oilfield has entered into mid-late period.Initial production of single well is lower gradually because of the poorer development object.The choose and design of artificial lift should be optimized for meeting the demands of productivity and realizing the goal of less maintenance workload,low cost,energy saving and consumption reducing.Consequently,it needs to consider both technology and economic benefits at the same time so as to achieve economic and effective development of the low-produc-tion wells.Fuyu reservoir is the one with low porosity and ultra-low permeability with the average midpoint of 1620 m.The single well production is low,the crude oil viscosity is high and the wax content is high.The characteristics of Fuyu reservoir determine the particularity of the lifting.A block in Fuyu reservoir is studied as a case in this paper.Adaptability of beam pumping units,tower pumping units and super-long stroke pumping units three kinds of pumping units is evaluated comprehensively from the aspects of applicable range of liquid volume,equipment management,wax removal and control management,daily maintenance and energy saving and power consumption and so on.The analysis shows that the super-long stroke pumping unit has better adaptability with pump efficiency increased by 40% and power saving rate increased by 50%.The energy saving effect is remarkable,which can meet the demands of high-efficiency lifting in the low production wells.It can be widely used in such low-production wells in Daqing Oilfield,and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
