摘 要:轮斗连续工艺系统具有自动化程度高等诸多优势,符合露天煤矿智能化发展要求。轮斗连续工艺系统可靠性计算方面的研究主要集中于系统本身,没有与外部影响因素相结合进行整体考虑。而现实应用中多会遇见外部环境、地质等因素引起系统可靠性降低的问题。为解决轮斗连续工艺系统可靠性计算中存在诸多不确定性因素难以度量、难以评价的问题,分析了轮斗连续工艺系统可靠性的影响因素,提出采用C-F方法对轮斗连续工艺各环节及外部影响因素的不确定性进行统一度量,以实现可靠性的有效评价。以扎哈淖尔露天矿为工程实例,构建了轮斗连续工艺系统可靠性评价体系,以统计分析与模糊评价法确定了各证据的可信度,以主客观综合赋权方法确定了各证据的权重,通过证据的合成与传递有效地实现了可靠性的定量化评价,最终确定轮斗连续工艺系统可靠度为0.6535。提出了采用疏干措施提高轮斗连续工艺系统可靠性。Bucket-wheel excavator(BWE) continuous system is highly automatic, which meets the requirements of the intelligent development in surface coal mine. At present, researches on the reliability calculation of BWE continuous systems mainly focus on the system itself, without considering external influence factors. However, in practice, many problems such as external environment, geology and other factors bring down the system reliability. In order to solve the problems of many uncertain factors difficult to measure or evaluate in the reliability calculation of the BWE continuous system, we analyzed the factors affecting reliability of the BWE continuous system, and used C-F method for a unified measurement conducted on uncertainty of each step of the BWE continuous system and external influence factors, to evaluate the reliability effectively. Based on Zhahanaoer Surface Coal Mine as an engineering case, the reliability evaluation system of BWE continuous system was established, a statistical analysis method and fuzzy evaluation method were applied to define each evidence credibility, and subjective-objective weighting method was applied to define the weight of each evidence. Finally, the reliability was quantitatively evaluated through the synthesis and transmission of evidence, and the reliability of the BWE continuous system was 0.6535. And dredging measures were proposed to improve the reliability of the BWE continuous system.
