摘  要:为探究永磁内装式提升机的节能高效性,以正令煤业副斜井提升系统选型为背景,依据井筒及提升参数,采用设备选型手册中有关提升机和电动机的规定进行计算,确定选用JKN-3.5×2.5P永磁内装式提升机,配套6kV、710kW永磁同步电机;并通过提升系统图、提升系统运动学、动力学进行系统分析,结果满足提升要求。重点对提升系统年耗电进行计算,对比传统提升机分析得出:提升机型号、电机功率、提升速度及提升工况相同时,永磁内装式提升机较传统提升机具有电机等效容量和年耗电降低约9%、节能高效性较好,系统变位质量较小、运行安全可靠性较高等特点。In order to explore energy conservation efficiency of permanent magnet assembly elevator, taking the selection of the auxiliary inclined shaft hoist system in Zhengling Coal Mine, on the basis of shaft hoist parameters, JKN-3.5×2.5 P permanent magnet assembly elevator with 660 V, 710 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor is selected based on the calculation method in equipment type selection manual about the elevator and motor regulation. And the results meet the requirements of hoist according to analysis of the hoist system diagram, hoist system kinematics and dynamics system. The system power is calculated and compared to traditional elevator, the results show that, with the same hoister type, motor power, hoisting speed and working conditions, the annual power consumption of permanent magnet assembly elevator is 9% lower, the equivalent mass is smaller, and the system is safer and more reliable.
