摘 要:以伊敏露天矿煤炭生产补套完善项目为例,通过利用Bentley三维协同软件,建立了露天煤矿地面生产系统的BIM正向设计流程,形成了所有专业在协同平台共同完成正向设计的体系。实践表明:与传统的二维设计相比,BIM技术正向设计有利于促进露天煤矿的信息化和数字化发展。通过碰撞检查等手段可将问题暴露于设计过程中,避免在施工中出现问题,提高了设计质量和设计效率,缩短了项目的建设期,降低了成本。三维模型计算工程量准确性高,可提供更为可靠的工程基础数据,进而得到更加精细化的工程造价,为项目后期管理提供数据支撑。Taking the coal production supplement and improvement project of Yimin Open Pit Mine as an example, the BIM forward design process is proposed, and the system for all departments to finish the project on the collaborative platform is established using Bentley 3 D collaborative software. The practice shows that: compared with the traditional two-dimensional design, the BIM forward design is conducive to promoting the informatization and digital development of the open pit coal mine. Problems can be exposed to the design process through collision inspection and other means, avoiding problems during construction, improving design quality and design efficiency, shortening the construction period of the project, and reducing costs. The three-dimensional model has high accuracy in calculating engineering quantities and can provide more reliable engineering basic data, thereby obtaining more refined engineering costs, and providing data support for project management.
