摘  要:针对准格尔矿区西部6号煤层受底板奥灰水和顶板砂岩水双重威胁,水害事故频发,严重制约着煤炭安全高效开采等问题,提出采用井下超长水平定向钻孔技术,对煤层顶板砂岩水进行预疏放,对煤层底板岩溶陷落柱及裂隙进行探查与封堵。分别从目的层位优选、钻孔轨迹控制、钻孔注浆工艺、钻孔施工等方面对井下水害区域超前探查防治技术进行了研究。并在准格尔煤田龙王沟煤矿61605工作面进行现场应用,钻孔孔深普遍大于1100m,岩层最大孔深达1227m,钻进过程中局部裂隙发育,裂隙注浆量460.42t,未发现大的导水通道及强富水区,为煤炭安全可持续开采提供了重要的地质依据。Aiming at the water hazards of Ordovician limestone water on the floor and sandstone water on the roof of No. 6 coal seam in the west of Jungar Coalfield, which leads to frequent water disasters and severely restricts the safe and efficient coal mining, it’s proposed to use underground ultra-long directional drilling for roof water drainage, and detect and seal the karst collapse column and cracks in coal floor. The advance detection and prevention technology against water hazard is studied on optimal target horizon selection, borehole trajectory control, borehole grouting technology and borehole construction. The technology was applied at 61605 working face of Longwanggou Coal Mine in Jungar Coalfield, the hole depth was generally more than 1100 meters, and the maximum hole depth is 1227 meters in rock stratum. During the drilling, local fissures developed, and the grouts amount was 460.42 tons. No large water passage and strong water-rich area were found.
