摘 要:针对多次采动影响下高应力煤巷围岩变形大的难题,以中兴煤矿1209材料巷为研究对象,综合采用现场调研、数值模拟和现场试验等方法,分析了多次采动条件下巷道围岩异常矿压显现特征,模拟研究了多次采动条件下巷道围岩应力变化特征,在此基础上提出了以顶帮双强力锚索桁架系统为核心的组合支护结构,并在现场进行了工业性试验,现场矿压监测结果显示巷道围岩变形量较小,有效保障了巷道围岩的稳定,对类似条件的巷道围岩稳定性控制具有一定参考价值。Aiming at the large deformation of surrounding rock in high stress coal roadway affected by multiple mining-induced effect, 1209 material roadway of Zhongxing Coal Mine is selected as the research object. Field investigation, numerical simulation and field test are carried out, to analyze the abnormal pressure behavior characteristics of surrounding rock of the roadway under multiple mining-induced effect, and the stress variation of the surrounding rock are simulated. According to the simulation, a combined support system is proposed, which is based on the intensive prestressed cable truss on roof and side wall. Industrial test is carried out on site, and the deformation of roadway surrounding rock is small according to the field monitoring results, which can ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock.
