摘  要:针对浮选高灰细泥夹带、尾煤跑粗等问题,以0.25mm为界限对其进行分级调浆浮选试验,探究调浆参数对浮选效果的影响,选取调浆浓度、转速和时间作为变量因素进行调浆参数响应面优化,确定了+0.25mm和-0.25mm粒级浮选调浆的最优参数,并对比了分级二次浮选和分级调浆浮选的分选效果。结果表明,分级浮选能够显著提高精煤产率,在分级基础上进行二次浮选和调浆浮选均能进一步强化浮选效果;三个调浆参数中,调浆时间对浮选指标的影响极为显著,调浆转速的影响为显著,调浆浓度的影响为不显著;与分级二次浮选相比,分级调浆浮选对两个粒级的回收效果均有提升。Aiming at the entrainment ofhigh-ash fine slime and coarse particles loss in tailings, which leads to poor flotation results, the pulp conditioning flotation tests are carried out after 0.25 mm classification, the influence of slurry conditioning parameters on the flotation effect is explored. The response surface method is used to optimize the conditioning parameters for +0.25 mm and-0.25 mm fractions, and flotation results of classified secondary flotation and classified pulp conditioning flotation are compared. The results show that, classified flotation can significantly increases the clean coal yield, and both secondary flotation and conditioning flotation can further enhance the classified flotation effect;the conditioning parameters of pulp concentration, speed and time are taken as variables and optimized with response surface method, obtaining the optimal parameters, and the significance of the three parameters, that the most significant parameter is conditioning time, followed by the rotation speed and pulp concentration;and compared with classified secondary flotation, the result of classified conditioning flotation is better for both size fractions.
