摘 要:数字化已经成为现代企业优化管理、提升效率的有效手段,各行各业都先后开展了数字化改革。煤炭行业数字化有利于推进煤炭产业深化改革发展,有利于煤炭生产的高质量发展。文章对当前各行业信息化的发展进行了总结和探讨,分析煤炭行业的信息化发展进程,发现煤炭行业的数据资源面临数据标准尚未形成、数据共享困难、数据质量参差不齐缺乏数据处理相关人才和与传统管理方式的兼容等问题,数据资源价值大大降低。针对这些问题提出加强信息标准化、构建整合信息平台、建立信息化评价指标体系、提升员工数字化素养的煤炭行业数据资源开发利用能力提升策略。Digitalization has already become an effective means for modern enterprises to optimize management and improve efficiency. Digitization of the coal industry is conducive to deepening the reform of the coal industry and benefit high-quality development of coal production. On account of the above background, the development of information in various industries is summarized and discussed, including coal industry. It’s found that, the data resources in coal industry are faced with some problems such as: data standards system has not been formed, data sharing is difficult, data quality is uneven and lack of technical personnel. These problems result in a decrease in the value of data resources. In view of these issues, we put forward the strategies to enhance the exploitation and utilization capacity of data resources in the coal industry, such as strengthening information standardization, constructing integrated information platform, establishing information evaluation index system and improving the digital literacy of employees.
