摘  要:声致发光是超声反应器内空化活动的指示器,了解其产生机理对空化反应器的设计、优化有重要意义。对硫酸溶液中空泡整流质量扩散(气体传递)进行理论分析,探讨硫酸溶液浓度、溶液含气量等参数对空泡整流质量扩散过程的影响。研究表明,空泡发生整流扩散的声压阈值随着硫酸浓度的增加和气体含量的降低而增大。硫酸溶液浓度升高,对空泡发生整流扩散的平衡半径阈值影响不大,但能达到的最大平衡半径减小。研究结果能够为声致发光实验的参数选择、实验现象的定性解释提供理论参考。Sonoluminescence is the indicator of cavitation in ultrasonic reactor and its mechanism is of great significance to the design and optimization of cavitation reactor.Rectified mass diffusion has an important effect on sonoluminescence.In this paper,rectified mass diffusion of gas bubbles in sulphuric acid solution(CSA)is theoretically investigated,and the influences of CSA concentration and gas content in liquid on rectified mass diffusion are discussed.The results show that the acoustic pressure threshold of rectified mass diffusion rises with the increase of the concentration of CSA and the decrease of gas content.With the increase of CSA concentration,the threshold radius of rectified mass diffusion is hardly influenced and the maximum equilibrium radius can be reduced.With the increase of gas content in solution,the acoustic pressure threshold of rectified mass diffusion decreases,and the maximum equilibrium radius can be enhanced.
