摘　　要：对影响高等职业院校学生学习效率的因素进行调查并提出对策。对于学生而言,提高学习效率是一个很重要的问题。高等职业院校许多学生学习成绩不佳,往往与学习效率不高有很大的关系。查找影响学习效率的因素至关重要。影响学习效率的核心是学习力和学习方法。学习力的核心是学习动力,学习动力来自于各方面“正迁移”的储备。学习方法的核心是学习习惯,学习习惯的养成同样来自各个方面“言传身教”的影响。The influencing factors of students’learning efficiency in higher vocational colleges are studied and and countermeasures are suggested in this paper.It’s very important for every student to improve their learning efficiency.Many students’poor academic performance is often related to their low learning efficiency,so it is vital to search out factors that affect students’learning efficiency.The key influencing factors are learning ability and learning method.Learning motivation is the key point of learning ability,which comes from the accumulation of various kinds of“positive transfer”.The core of learning methods is learning habits,whose formation also comes from the influence of“teaching by example”.
