摘  要:为建立大葱资源综合评价体系,以98份大葱种质资源为材料,对9个主要农艺性状进行多元统计分析。结果表明,多样性指数最高的性状为株高,变异系数最大的为单株质量。单株质量与株高、叶片长、叶横径、假茎长、株幅、假茎底径、假茎中径、单株叶数均呈极显著正相关。通径分析和回归分析结果表明,假茎中径、叶横径、假茎长、假茎底径、单株叶数是影响单株质量的主要因素,最佳多元回归方程:Y=-421.05+44.77X3+3.86X4+11.67X6+126.71X7+8.80X8。主成分分析将大葱的主要性状缩减为2个主成分,即产量性状、株型性状,其贡献率分别为51.82%、23.43%,2个主成分累计贡献率为75.26%,可综合反映9个农艺性状指标的信息。In this paper,to establish a comprehensive evaluation system on germplasm resources of Chinese onion,9 main agronomic characters of 98 resources were used to study by multivariate statistical analysis.The results show that the highest diversity index and coefficient of variation were plant height and plant weight,respectively.According to correlation analysis,the single plant was significantly and positively correlated with plant height,leaf length,leaf transverse diameter,pseudostem length,plant width,pseudostem bottom diameter,pseudostem medium diameter and leaf number per plant.The main factors affecting the quality of single plant,by path analysis and regression analysis,were pseudostem medium diameter,leaf transverse diameter,pseudostem length,pseudostem bottom diameter and the leaf number per plant.Optimal multiple regression equation is Y=-421.05+44.77X3+3.86X4+11.67X6+126.71X7+8.80X8.The main agronomic characters of Chinese onion could be shorten to two principal components by principal component analysis and factor analysis,that is yield characters and plant-type traits with their contribution rates 51.82%and 23.43%,respectively.The cumulative contribution rate of the two principal components was 75.26%.The above results can comprehensively reflect the landscape of 9 agronomic character traits.
