科研实验室与科技社团结合对大学生创新能力培养

摘　　要：为了提高科技创新类社团大学生的创新能力,改善科研实验室及科技创新社团的发展,结合学校实际,提出依托科研实验室与科技创新社团结合的新型创新能力培养模式。科研实验室应对社团建立全方位的对外开放,为学生提供专业的理论辅导和实践教学;社团与实验室紧密结合,建立信息开放共享机制,实现科研资源与信息的共享;社团积极开展科技创新、创业项目为学生提供科研与交流的平台。实践表明,新的培养模式可以增强科技创新类社团的竞争力、学生的科技理论知识和实践能力,发挥科研实验室在创新人才培养中的作用,实现科技创新类社团与科研实验室的“双赢”。In order to improve the innovation ability of college students in science and technology innovation association,and to improve the current situation of scientific research laboratories and science and technology innovation societies,a new training mode of innovation ability based on the combination of scientific research laboratories and science and technology innovation societies was proposed.Firstly the scientific research laboratory should establish an all-round opening to the outside world,and provide professional theoretical guidance and practical teaching for students.Secondly the association and laboratory should be closely combined to establish an open information sharing mechanism to realize the sharing of scientific research resources and information.Lastly,the associations should carry out the innovation and entrepreneurship projects to provide students with a platform for scientific research and communication.The practice has shown that the new cultivating mode can enhance the competitiveness of STI associations as well as the practical ability of undergraduates,furthermore,it can also increase students’knowledge of science and technology theory.The new cultivating mode is also able to maximize the role of scientific research laboratories and achieve a“win-win”for STI associations and scientific research laboratories.
