摘　　要：《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》强调以人民为中心的工作导向,指出2035年远景目标的重要内容之一为实现人的全面、平等、均衡发展。为深入贯彻实行规划《建议》及新发展理念,应统筹部署、扎实推进人口长期均衡发展,把握积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的重要意义与实现路径,全面落实规划《建议》关于坚持男女平等基本国策、促进人的全面发展系列战略部署。The Proposals for Formulating the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-Range Goals for the Year 2035 insists on putting the people at the center and includes the comprehensive,equal and balanced development of the human population as an important element of the 2035 Vision.To thoroughly implement the new development concept of the Proposals,it is necessary to make an overall plan to promote a long-term and balanced population development,and grasp the significance of the national strategy to actively cope with population aging,and find out the path of realization,and fully implement the Proposals on adhering to the basic state policy of gender equality and promoting comprehensive human development of a series of strategic deployments.
