摘　　要：应某卷烟厂要求,实时监控配电系统参数的变化情况,以便参数存在问题时能够及时预警。构建基于ModBus RTU协议的卷烟厂配电参数监控系统,实现了单片机与PLC之间的串行通讯。单片机接收电力参数数据并进行分析处理,将监测到的参数通过多位数码管显示,实现参数状态的实时监控。实际应用表明该系统能够监控各项配电参数,运行稳定,实时性好,软硬件设计简单且可移植性强,具有推广价值。According to the requirements of a cigarette factory,the change of distribution system parameters is monitored in real time,so that the problems in parameters can be timely warned.A power distribution parameter monitoring system based on ModBus RTU protocol is proposed in the paper.The system realizes the serial communication between MCU and PLC.The MCU receives the data of power parameters and carries on the analysis and processing,then displays the monitored parameters through the multi-digit tube to realize the real-time monitoring of the parameter state.The practical application proves that the system can monitor all kinds of distribution parameters with stable operation,good real-time performance,simple software and hardware design and strong portability.The system is worthy of introduction for application.
