积极构建政治军事深度融合的延安现地教学体系

摘　　要：新时代军事教育方针是做好军事教育工作的基本遵循,其对政治院校如何贯彻落实提出了更高的要求。着眼培养德才兼备的高素质、专业化新型军事人才,积极打造政治军事深度融合的延安现地教学体系就是要:一方面,继续挖掘延安精神的时代价值以立德树人;另一方面,瞄准提高强军之能,深度挖掘延安时期的诸多军事元素,打造沉浸式战例教学,立足西安辐射西北,提高学员“能打仗、打胜仗”的能力。The policy of military education in the new era is a basic observance for military political academies,which requires much effective measures on its implementation.Aiming at cultivating professional military talents with political and professional competency,we should build an on-site tea-ching system in Yan′an with the prospect of political and military integration.On the one hand,we should further explore the value of Yan′an spirit in order to cultivate men with moral integrity.On the other hand,we must conduct in-depth studies of the military heritages and create immersive teaching of battle scenarios from Yan′an period,so as to improve the capability of building a powerful army.Based in Xi′an,and radiate throughout Northwestern China,the teaching system will achieve its aim of cultivate students′ability to win battles.
