随军未就业军人配偶保险实施社会化保障的基本构想

摘　　要：随军未就业军人配偶保险自建立以来,惠及广大军人家庭。然而,随着社会保险制度的日趋完善,其运营模式的弊端也日益显现。在分析当前保障模式存在问题的基础上,就随军未就业军人配偶保险社会化保障提出构想和对策建议,对突破当前保障模式的发展瓶颈,营造公平环境,维护军人家庭权益,促进军队和谐稳定发展具有重要现实意义。Since its establishment,the military spouse insurance has benefited the majority of military families.However,against the background of Social Insurance System′s consummation day by day,malpractice of the operation pattern of the military spouse insurance gradually emerges.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current security model,this paper puts forward some ideas and countermeasures on the socialized security of the spouse insurance for the unemployed servicemen.It is of practical significance to safeguard the family rights and interests of servicemen and to promote the harmonious and stable development of the armed forces.
