摘  要:智能穿戴陶瓷外观件是指智能手表、智能手环等各种可穿戴设备上的精密陶瓷外观结构件或功能件,包括智能手表和手环上的陶瓷表壳、后盖、表链等,既便于无线充电,又不会屏蔽5G通信电磁波。此外,氧化锆陶瓷与金属及塑料相比具备耐磨损、耐锈蚀、对皮肤不过敏、亲肤性好、佩戴舒适、温润如玉的质感和丰富多彩的颜色,从而更适用于智能可穿戴设备。本文综述了十余年来,以高强度高韧性纳米氧化锆陶瓷为代表的智能穿戴陶瓷外观件的应用与发展。Smart wearable ceramic appearance parts refer to the fine ceramic appearance structural or functional parts on various wearable devices such as smart watches and smart bracelets,including the ceramic case,back cover and watch chain.They are not only convenient for wireless charging,but also free from shielding 5G communication electromagnetic wave.In addition,compared with metals and plastics,zirconia ceramics have the advantages of excellent wear resistance,corrosion resistance,not allergy to skin,good skin affinity,comfortable to wear,jade like texture and colorful colors,so as to be more suitable for smart wearable devices.In this article,the application and development of smart wearable ceramic appearance parts represented by high strength and high toughness nano zirconia ceramics are reviewed.
