摘  要:以Bi_(2)O_(3)和SiO_(2)为原料,利用NaCl—Na_(2)SO_(4)熔盐系统,在850℃保温3h制成粉体样品,使用XRD对粉体物相进行表征,确定粉体为纯的Bi_(4)Si_(3)O_(12),然后将该粉体压片烧成Bi_(4)Si_(3)0_(12)陶瓷。通过SEM和阻抗分析仪对陶瓷微观形貌和介电性能进行了分析,研究烧成温度、保温时间对硅酸铋陶瓷介电性能的影响。研究表明:烧成温度为900 ℃保温5 h时,可以性能烧成较好的Bi_(4)Si_(3)O_(l2)陶瓷。In this paper,the pure Bi_(4)Si_(3)O_(12)powders were prepared by Bismuth oxide and silicon oxide as raw materials in NaCl-Na_(2)SO_(4)molten salts at 850℃ for 3 h.The phase composition of powders was characterized by XRD,which demonstrated the powders were Bi_(4)Si_(3)O_(12).Bi_(4)Si_(3)O_(12)ceramics were produced by pressing powders and sintering at different temperatures.The morphology characteristics and dielectric properties of ceramics were characterized by SEM and impedance analyzers.The effects of sintering temperature and holding time on the properties of bismuth silicate ceramics were analyzed.The research showed that the better Bi_(4)Si_(3)O_(12) ceramics can be sintered at 900℃ for 5 h.
