摘　　要：通过对各个业务活动单位的内部优劣势分析和外部机会威胁分析,运用波士顿矩阵(BCG矩阵)和SWOT分析原理确定了企业的总体战略。从分析结果来看,地质勘查、民生地质、测试、测绘和钻掘应该选择成长战略,矿业开发应当选择收缩战略,其他业务单元应该选择多元化发展战略,为企业今后五年的发展奠定基础。Through the analysis of internal advantages and disadvantages as well as the analysis of external opportunities and threats,BCG matrix and SWOT analysis principles are used to determine enterprise's overall strategy.From the results of the analysis,growing strategy should be chosen for geological exploration,livelihood,testing,mapping and drilling;contracting strategy for mining development and diversification strategy for other business units.These strategies determine the development direction for the 14th Five-Year Plan and lay the foundation for the development of the enterprise in the next five years.
