摘　　要：随着我国现代化进程的加快和经济水平高质量绿色发展,公路建设行业迎来新的发展机遇,公路工程招投标也日益增多。公路工程招投标报价包含众多项目,保险费用就属于其中之一。保险费用主要包含建筑工程保险和安装保险,旨在对工程施工中出现的意外风险进行规避,所以由此可见保险费用的合理确定对公路工程招标报价至关重要。而现行条件下,相关法律法规、制度、担保机制等一定程度上已不能满足公路工程招投标报价中保险费用确定日益增长的需求。本文将对公路工程招投标报价中保险费用的确定影响因素、确定过程中所面临的问题提出科学合理的应对之策。With the acceleration of China's modernization process and high quality green development of the economic level,the highway construction industry ushered in new development opportunities,road engineering bidding is also increasing.The bidding price of highway project contains many items,and the insurance cost belongs to one of them.Insurance costs mainly include construction insurance and installation insurance,aimed at avoiding the accident risk in the construction of the project,so it can be seen that the reasonable determination of insurance costs is of great importance to the bidding quotation of highway engineering.However,under the current conditions,the relevant laws and regulations,systems and guarantee mechanisms can no longer meet the increasing demand for the determination of insurance cost in the bidding and tendering of highway engineering to a certain extent.This paper will put forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures to determine the influencing factors and the problems in the process of determining the insurance cost in the bidding of highway engineering.
