摘　　要：本文介绍了融纺复合长丝成套设备的改进特点,主要是复合纤维纺丝箱、纺丝组件的设计改进,指出了有位距小头数多等要求的复合纤维纺丝设备中应尽可能地采用新型多头高效复合纺丝箱体和新型下装旋转式双通道复合纺组件,通过配比新型的双排外环吹装置,从而满足丰富多彩的市场需求,提高国内化纤装备技术水平。This article introduces the improved characteristics of the complete set of melt spinning composite filament equipment,mainly the design improvement of the composite fiber spinning box and spinning assembly,and points out the application of composite fiber spinning equipment that requires a small pitch and a large number of ends.Use new multi-head high-efficiency composite spinning box and new bottom-loading rotary dual-channel composite spinning component as much as possible,and match the new double-row outer ring blowing device to meet the colorful market demand and improve the technical level of domestic chemical fiber equipment.
