摘　　要：阐述了模块化熔融纺细旦工业丝纺牵联合机可纺涤纶、锦纶、丙纶多品种差别化细旦工业丝的工艺流程与设备特点及工艺流程和参数。该装置可以稳定生产线密度为33-330dtex涤锦丙成品丝。该装置及工艺路线具有柔性差别化,可分别生产高强或低缩或低伸等工业丝,具备一机多能的特点。This article has expounded the technological process equipment characteristics,process flow and parameters of modularized melt spinning fine denier industrial silk spinning and stretching machine for spinning polyester,polyamide and polypropylene fiber.The device can stabilize the density of the production line to 33-330dtex polyester-acrylic finished silk.The device and process route have flexible differentiation,can produce high strength or low shrinkage or low stretch and other industrial wire,with the characteristics of one machine with multiple functions.
