摘　　要：本文阐述了新型高强锦纶6工业丝纺牵联合机的设备特点和工艺流程,采用国产中丽纺丝、牵伸、卷绕装备生产锦纶6工业丝840D、1260D、1680D、1890D等规格,探讨锦纶6工业丝生产设备配置特点及纺丝生产工艺及相关影响因素。This article describes the equipment characteristics and process flow of the new high-strength nylon 6 industrial yarn spinning and drawing combined machine.The domestic Zhongli spinning,drawing and winding equipment is used to produce nylon 6 industrial yarn 840D,1260D,1680D,1890D and other specifications.Discuss the characteristics of nylon 6 industrial yarn production equipment configuration,spinning production technology and related influencing factors.
