摘 要:以大豆东农42和东农52为试验材料,选用盆栽方式种植。在苗期和初花期分别叶面喷施LaCl_(3)、CeCl_(3)和LaCl_(3)+CeCl_(3)溶液,研究稀土镧、铈对成熟期大豆籽粒脂肪酸含量及组分的影响。结果表明,稀土溶液可优化大豆籽粒脂肪酸组分配比、提高大豆脂肪酸营养价值。东农42在30 mg·L^(-1)CeCl_(3)处理下,棕榈酸、硬脂酸含量皆最低,分别较CK显著减少2.23%和11.35%;不饱和脂肪酸含量最高,较CK显著增加1.01%。东农52在40 mg·L^(-1) LaCl_(3)+CeCl_(3)处理下,油酸含量最高,较CK显著增加8.57%;亚麻酸含量最低,较CK显著减少10.63%。在70 mg·L^(-1) LaCl_(3)+CeCl_(3)处理下,不饱和脂肪酸含量最高,显著增加0.65%。东农42亚油酸与油酸呈极显著负相关,与硬脂酸、棕榈酸呈显著负相关,硬脂酸与棕榈酸呈极显著正相关;脂肪与亚麻酸、蛋白质分别呈显著负相关和极显著负相关;东农52油酸与硬脂酸呈极显著正相关,与棕榈酸、亚油酸呈极显著负相关,亚油酸与硬脂酸呈极显著负相关。研究结果为稀土农用技术提供理论依据,为大豆制品深加工提供优质原料。The soybean Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 52 were used as test materials for pot cultivation.LaCl_(3),CeCl_(3) and LaCl_(3)+CeCl_(3) were sprayed on the leaves at seedling stage and early flowering stage respectively to study the effects of rare earth lanthanum and cerium on the contents and components of fatty acids in soybean seeds at mature stage.The results showed that rare earth solution could optimize the proportion of fatty acid components in soybean seeds and improve the nutritional value of soybean fatty acid.Under the treatment of 30 mg·L^(-1) CeCl_(3),the contents of palmitic acid and stearic acid in Dongnong 42 were the lowest,with a significantly reduce of 2.23%and 11.35%compared with the control,respectively;the unsaturated fatty acid content was the highest,with significantly increase of 1.01%.Dongnong 52 showed the highest oleic acid content under 40 mg·L^(-1) LaCl_(3)+CeCl_(3),which was 8.57%higher than the control;Linolenic acid content was the lowest,which was significantly reduced by 10.63%compared with the control.Under 70 mg·L^(-1) LaCl_(3)+CeCl_(3) treatment,unsaturated fatty acid content was the highest,with significantly increasing of 0.65%.Linoleic acid of Dongnong 42 was significantly negatively correlated with oleic acid,negatively correlated with stearic acid and palmitic acid,and positively correlated with stearic acid.There was a negative correlation between fat and linolenic acid and a significant negative correlation between fat and protein.The oleic acid of Dongnong 52 was significantly positively correlated with stearic acid,significantly negatively correlated with palmitic acid and linoleic acid,and significantly negatively correlated between Linoleic acid and stearic acid.The results provide theoretical basis for rare earth agricultural technology and high quality raw materials for further processing of soybean products.
