摘 要:为实现高速、高加速冲击条件下精确测量被测假人头部和颈部的位移量,本文设计了一种应用于汽车碰撞测试领域的拉线位移传感器,并对其关键性能指标进行了测试。提出了螺旋槽式轮毂与辅助凸台相配合的结构,以减少钢丝绳绕线产生的误差,使拉线位移传感器的线性度小于0.1%,重复精度小于0.02%;对电位器、平面涡卷弹簧等进行了优选和性能测试,并在整体结构优化设计的基础上,使拉线位移传感器的允许最大工作速度大于20 m/s,加速度大于60 g_(n),且能在至少100 g_(n)的冲击下正常工作,总体满足汽车碰撞测试的技术要求。In order to accurately measure the displacement of the head and neck of the dummy under high speed and high acceleration impact conditions,a draw-wire displacement sensor applied to the field of automobile crash test was designed,and experiments on its key performance indexes were carried out.The structure scheme of spiral groove hub and auxiliary convex plate was put forward to reduce the errors of wire rope winding.Thus,the linearity of the draw-wire displacement sensor is less than 0.1%,and the precision of repeatability is less than 0.02%.The optimization and performance test of potentiometer and plane coil spring were implemented.Moreover,based on the optimal design of the whole structure,the maximum allowable working speed of the draw-wire displacement sensor is greater than 20 m/s,the acceleration is greater than 60 g_(n),and the tolerable impact is more than 100 g_(n),which generally meet the technical requirements of automobile crash test.
