摘  要:通过COMSOL软件对声表面波(SAW)微压力传感器进行有限元仿真设计。为了适应SAW微压力传感器谐振频率低、尺寸小的特点的特性,本文通过使用加载容性负载和短路探针的方法,设计了一种双频微带天线。该设计拥有两个通带,其中有一个通带保证在低频状态(810 MHz),另一个通带在2.16 GHz。通过HFSS软件仿真结果证明:在保证天线的尺寸小、频率低的前提下,本文设计具有良好的增益和方向性。Finite element simulation design of saw micro pressure sensor is carried out by COMSOL software.In order to adapt to the characteristics of surface acoustic wave(SAW)micro-pressure sensor with low resonant frequency and small size,a dual-frequency microstrip antenna is designed by using capacitive load and short-circuit probe.The design has two passbands,one of which is guaranteed to be in low frequency of 810 MHz and the other pass band at 2.16 GHz.The simulation results of HFSS software show that the design has good gain and directivity on the premise of ensuring the small size and low frequency of the antenna.
