摘 要:‘赤霞珠’(Vitis vinifera‘Cabernet Sauvignon’)是我国主栽酿酒葡萄品种之一,萌芽时间晚,北方地区枝条抽干现象时常发生。为探讨有效缓解措施及机制,本文对‘赤霞珠’根域进行了裙膜覆盖,测定了根系呼吸途径、呼吸底物含量变化及枝条茎流发生时间。结果发现,根区覆盖裙膜可显著提高日平均地温,比不覆盖平均提高2.67℃,土壤有效积温积累速率较不覆盖提高了55.1%;根区覆盖裙膜保护了毛细根系,提高了‘赤霞珠’根系可溶性糖含量,缩短了根系可溶性糖含量峰值时间和三条底物水平呼吸途径及电子传递呼吸途径Cyt运行活性到达峰值的时间,促进了根系水分吸收,进而显著提早了枝条茎流发生时间,茎流高峰时间比不覆盖提早了14 d。由此说明,根域裙膜覆盖可以有效提高根系水分吸收,进而缓解枝条抽干现象。‘Cabernet Sauvignon’(Vitis vinifera)is one of the main wine-growing grape varieties in China,whose budding time is late,and of which the stem is often drained in the North region.In order to explore the effective mitigation measures and mechanisms,this article measured the ways of root respiration,the change of respiratory substrate content and the occurrence time of stem flow through covering the root zone of‘Cabernet Sauvignon’with a skirt film.It was found that the root zone mulching skirt film could significantly increase the daily average ground temperature,which was 2.67℃ higher than that of no mulching,and the effective accumulated temperature accumulation rate of the soil was increased by 70.3%compared with that without mulching.The root zone mulching skirt film protected the capillary root system and increased the soluble sugar content of‘Cabernet Sauvignon’root,shortening the peak time of root soluble sugar content and the time when the three substrate level respiratory pathways and electron transport respiratory pathways Cyt operating activity reached the peak,which promoted absorption of water in roots,further advancing the occurrence of shoot sap flow significantly.As a result,the peak time of stem flow was 14 days earlier than that of no coverage.These shows that mulching the skirt film of the root zone can effectively improve the water absorption of the root,thereby alleviating the phenomenon of shoots shriveling.
