摘  要:核电非安全级通讯站是核电非安全级DCS系统中的重要设备,其主要作用是完成核电DCS系统和其他设备或系统的数据通信。为提高通讯站的可靠性,在实际应用中通常配置为主从冗余运行模式。数据冗余同步和主从仲裁是设计中所面临的关键问题之一。本文以某核电站DCS系统通讯站为对象,提出了一种基于双千兆以太网的主从冗余通信方法。基于该方法,核电非安全级通讯站可以同机柜或分机柜配置为双机冗余运行模式,并保持通讯站主从数据周期同步,大大提高了通讯站的部署灵活性和可靠性。通过某核电站实践证明,该方法具有通信效率高、稳定性好的特点。该方法对通用DCS系统类似设备冗余同步设计开发亦有很大的参考和技术借鉴意义。Data redundancy synchronization and master-slave arbitration is one of the key problems in the design of nuclear power non safety level communication station.In this paper,a master-slave redundant communication method based on double Gigabit Ethernet is proposed for a nuclear power plant DCS system level 1 communication station.Based on this method,the nuclear power non safety communication station can be configured with the same cabinet or sub cabinet as the dual machine redundant operation mode,and keep the master-slave data cycle synchronization of the communication station,greatly improving the flexibility and reliability of the communication station deployment.The practice of a nuclear power plant proves that this method has the characteristics of high communication efficiency and good stability.This method also has great reference and technical significance for the design and development of redundancy synchronization of similar equipment in general DCS system.
