摘 要:为满足智能通风快速准确获得巷道摩擦风阻的需求,基于摩擦风阻公式中粗糙度的重要性,采用分形理论对三维粗糙表面进行表征,提出了一种基于分形维数描述巷道表面粗糙程度并计算摩擦风阻的方法.建立了分形表征巷道三维粗糙表面的摩擦风阻计算模型,采用尼古拉茨实验对模型参数进行推导并验证模型,通过开滦实验巷道三维激光扫描数据计算巷道表面分形维数,并用新摩擦风阻计算方法与现场阻力测定结果对比评价模型,认为基于分形理论的摩擦风阻计算方法具有可靠性,能够很好地表征巷道三维粗糙表面特征对摩擦风阻的影响.研究结果表明:尼古拉茨实验数据应用新摩擦风阻计算方法与传统阿特金森摩擦风阻计算结果对比,平均相对误差为6.874%;开滦实验巷道应用新摩擦风阻公式计算方法与通风阻力测定结果对比,相对误差为6.667%.综合评价分析认为,新摩擦风阻公式可以很好的体现三维粗糙表面对摩擦风阻的影响,结合三维激光扫描技术可以快速准确的获取巷道摩擦风阻,为智能通风参数测量关键技术和理论发展提供参考.This paper is presented based on the importance of roughness in the Atkinson friction resistance formula to meet the need for intelligent ventilation to quickly and accurately obtain the friction resistance of roadway.In this paper,the fractal theory is used to characterize the 3 D rough surface,and a method based on fractal dimension to describe the roughness of roadway surface and calculate the friction resistance is proposed.A computational model of friction resistance for fractal characterization of roadway 3 D rough surface is established.The parameters of the model are deduced and verified by using Nikuradse experimental data.The fractal dimension of the roadway surface is calculated by 3 D laser scanning data of the Kailuan roadway.And the newly established friction resistance calculation method is compared with the field resistance measurement results by using Nikuradse experimental data and the Kailuan experimental data,respectively.It is considered that the calculation method of friction resistance based on fractal theory is reliable and can well represent the influence of 3 D rough surface characteristics of roadway.The results show that the average relative error is 6.874%(for the Nikuradse experimental data),and as for the Kailuan experimental data,the relative error is 6.667%.Comprehensive evaluation and analysis suggest that the newly proposed formula,combined with 3 D laser scanning technology,can well reflect the influence of 3 D rough surface on friction resistance.The friction resistance of the roadway can be calculated quickly and accurately by the formula herein.This research provides a reference for the key technology and theoretical development of the measurement of intelligent ventilation parameters.
