摘 要:井下巷道火灾会改变通风系统正常运转而威胁矿井安全生产,为了探索巷道火灾对整个矿井通风系统的影响,开展全尺寸巷道实验,并结合数值模拟对U型工作面进风巷火灾特点进行研究.结果表明:该火灾燃烧状态为燃料控制型,但在火灾初期产生了较高的CO浓度,这主要与皮带的特殊燃烧行为有关;烟气温度纵向衰减不具有连续性,每次烟气撞击转弯端墙后,温度会迅速衰减,最终烟气沿整个巷道横断面蔓延,危险性显著增加;该巷道火灾中浮力效应远大于节流效应,对通风系统的影响占主导作用.初步研究结果表明巷道火灾对矿井通风系统具有较大影响,风流和烟流输运规律复杂,且影响因素多,其火灾安全问题值得高度关注.Underground laneway fire can threaten mine safety production by changing the normal operation of ventilation system.In order to explore the influences of laneway fire on the whole mine ventilation system,full-scale experimental study and numerical simulation were adopted to study the fire characteristics of intake laneway in a U-shaped working face.The results show that the combustion state of the fire is fuel-controlled,but a higher CO concentration is produced at the beginning stage of the fire,which is related to the special combustion behavior of the belt.The longitudinal attenuation of smoke temperature is not continuous.After smoke hits the turning end wall,the temperature will decay rapidly.Finally,the smoke spreads along the whole laneway cross-section,and therefore the risk increases significantly.The buoyancy effect is much greater than the throttling effect in this laneway fire,and its influence on the ventilation system plays a leading role.The preliminary research results show that the laneway fire has great influence on mine ventilation system with many influencing factors,and the transportation law of airflow and smoke flow is complex.The fire safety problems are worthy of further investigation.
