摘  要:针对复杂风网受控火灾风烟流近灾源场-区域-网络传输特性精准刻画难题,研究了不同尺度风烟流演化规律和控风排烟的方法.通过弗劳德数守恒模型分析了通风与热动力交互作用下皮带巷火灾近灾源场烟流逆退的临界条件、烟流温度和能见度的分布规律.利用火灾动力模拟(FDS)软件得到了水平巷道和倾斜巷道的临界风速的表征方法.基于典型采区通风网络,利用Ventsim软件建立了皮带巷火灾区域网络模型,分析了灾变风烟流扩散运移、诱导风流紊乱和调控规律,提出了2种控风排烟调节方案.以转龙湾煤矿通风网络为原型,建立全风网风烟流调控模型,将空气动力学与热力学参数融入风网解算,对复杂风网中的风烟流演化规律和调控方案进行模拟.结果表明:当未采取烟流调控措施时,采区内CO和烟气浓度均较高,人员在此环境无法生存;当采取烟流调控措施时,相比第2种调控方案,第1种调控方案控风排烟效果更显著.进一步优化了皮带巷火灾风烟流调控方案.In order to accurately describe the transmission characteristics of controlled fire smoke flow in the near disaster source field,area and network,the evolution law of different scale wind smoke flow and the method of controlling wind and smoke was studied.Based on Froude number conservation model,the critical condition of smoke retrogradation,the distribution law of smoke temperature and visibility under the interaction of ventilation and thermal power was analyzed.Using FDS software,the characterization method of critical wind speed in horizontal and inclined tunnels was obtained.Based on the ventilation network of typical mining area,the fire area network model of belt roadway was established by using Ventsim software.The diffusion and migration of the catastrophic air,the induced air turbulence and the regulation law was analyzed,and two kinds of air control and smoke exhaust regulation schemes were put forward.Taking the ventilation network of Zhuanlongwan coal mine as the prototype,the air and smoke flow control model of the whole ventilation network was established.Aerodynamic and thermodynamic parameters were integrated into the calculation of wind network to simulate the evolution law and control scheme of wind and smoke flow in complex wind network.The results show that the concentration of CO and flue gas in the mining area are high when the smoke flow control measures are not taken,and the workers can not survive in this environment.Compared with the second control scheme,the effect of the first control scheme is more significant when the smoke flow control measures are taken.The belt lane fire smoke flow control program is further optimized.
